General Terms of Use (GTU)

Article 1 – Purpose

The purpose of these General Terms of Use (GTU) is to define the conditions under which users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") may access and use the website www.sandrinebilbaut.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), published by:

  • Sandrine Bilbaut, energy healer, card reader, spiritual life coach, and craftswoman, practicing as a micro-entrepreneur (self-employed), residing at 58 rue Raymond Gernez, Chez Claude et Jeannine Bilbaut, 59400 Cambrai, SIRET  943 627 042 00014, can be reached at contact@sandrinebilbaut.com

Use of the Site implies full acceptance of these GTU. If the User does not accept these conditions, they are advised not to use the Site.

  • The Publisher strives to maintain the Site's accessibility 24/7, but cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions due to maintenance operations, updates, or technical issues beyond its control (e.g., server outage, hosting problems).

  • The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or modify access to the Site at any time, without notice.

  • The Site presents the Publisher's services and products: intuitive guidance, Kundalini Reiki energy healing, spiritual life coaching, and handmade creations (jewellery, knitwear, macramé bracelets, etc.).

The Publisher undertakes to provide information that is as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee its completeness or absolute accuracy.
     

Article 4 – Use of the Site

  • The User agrees to use the Site lawfully, in accordance with French law and these Terms and Conditions.

  • It is prohibited to:

    • Reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from the Site (texts, images, guided meditations) without written authorization from the Publisher.

    • Use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes (e.g., harassment, hacking).
