General Terms and Conditions of Sale

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS ONLINE (DISTANCE SELLING)

Article 1 – Presentation

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the relationship between:
Sandrine Bilbaut, energy healer, card reader, spiritual life coach, and craftswoman, practicing as a "micro-entrepreneur" (self-employed), residing at 58 rue Raymond Gernez, Chez Claude et Jeannine Bilbaut, 59400 Cambrai France, SIRET (to be announced), and contactable at contact@sandrinebilbaut.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider").

And any natural or legal person wishing to benefit from the services or purchase products offered on the website www.sandrinebilbaut.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer"). The Provider offers remote services (intuitive guidance, Kundalini Reiki energy healing, spiritual life coaching) as well as the sale of handcrafted creations via the "Creation Boutique" (jewellery, knitwear, macramé bracelets, etc). By placing an order on the site, the Customer acknowledges having read these General Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.

Article 2 – Description of Services and Products

2.1 Services

The Provider offers the following remote services:

Intuitive Guidance (approximately 30 minutes, €50 incl. VAT): Oracle card readings (including an oracle created by the Provider for messages from spirit guides) with a email report and bonus guided meditation.
Kundalini Reiki Energy Healing (70 minutes, €100 incl. VAT): Energy healing with intuitive guidance and personalized follow-up via email.
Support Programs:
- "Awaken Your Inner Light" Program – Spiritual Life Coaching (4 sessions, €250 incl. VAT).

2.2 Products
The Service Provider offers handcrafted creations through the "My Creations Boutique" (jewellery, knitwear, macramé bracelets, etc.). Prices and descriptions are indicated on the website. Each product is unique, handmade, and may have minor variations.

2.3 Nature of Services
The services offered (guidance, energy healing, coaching) are spiritual and energetic support. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological care. The Client acknowledges that these services are for wellness purposes and not for medicine.

Article 3 – Order

All orders (services or products) must be placed via the website www.sandrinebilbaut.com or by email to contact@sandrinebilbaut.com.
The Client will receive an order confirmation by email, specifying the details of the service or product, the price, and the terms and conditions (date of the session for services, delivery time for products).
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, unavailability, or a request that violates the Service Provider's ethics.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment Methods

4.1 Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC). They are the prices in effect at the time of the order.

Services: Guidance (€50), Kundalini Reiki Energy Healing (€110), "Awaken Your Inner Light" Program (€250).
Products: Prices for handmade creations are indicated in the "My Creations Shop." Shipping fees may apply (see Article 6).

4.2 Payment

Payment is due upon ordering, by the following methods: PayPal, credit card via Stripe.

Services must be paid for before the session. Products must be paid for before shipping.
No refunds will be issued after a service has been completed, except in exceptional cases (see Article 5).

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

5.1 Services

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period (14 days), if the Client has given their prior consent and expressly waived this right.
Cancellation: The Client may cancel a service up to 48 hours before the session and receive a full refund. After this period, no refund will be issued, except in cases of force majeure (with supporting documentation). In the event of cancellation by the Service Provider, the Client will receive a full refund.

5.2 Products

For handmade creations, the Client has a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the product, in accordance with the law. The Customer must notify the Service Provider by email at contact@sandrinebilbaut.com and return the product in its original condition, at their own expense, to the address provided. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the product.
Personalised products (e.g., custom-made macramé bracelets) are non-refundable, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Article 6 – Delivery (for products)

Handcrafted creations are shipped to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Delivery times are 5 to 7 business days for mainland France, and 7 to 14 business days for international shipments. These times are approximate and may vary in the event of force majeure.
Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering and depend on weight and destination.
The Service Provider is not responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier. In the event of non-receipt, the Customer must contact the Service Provider to find a solution (reshipment or refund).

Article 7 – Terms of Remote Services

Services (guidance, energy healing, coaching) are provided remotely, via email for reports, Zoom or telephone for sessions.
The Client agrees to provide a valid email address to receive reports (guidance, energy healing) or bonus meditations.
The Service Provider agrees to respect the agreed upon times. In the event of a delay or unavailability, the Client will be informed, and a new date will be proposed.

Article 8 – Liability

The Provider undertakes to provide its services and products with care and professionalism.
Spiritual and energetic services are wellness supports and do not replace medical or psychological care. The Client is responsible for their choices and actions following the services.
The Provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages or results that do not meet the Client's expectations.
For products, the Provider is not liable for damages related to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Article 9 – Intellectual Property

The content provided during the services (reports, guided meditations) and the handmade creations (jewellery, knitwear, etc) are the intellectual property of Sandrine Bilbaut. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.

Article 10 – Personal Data

The Customer's personal data (name, email, address) is collected for the purpose of order and service management, in accordance with the GDPR. It will not be sold or shared with third parties, except for delivery purposes (carrier).
The Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting the Service Provider at contact@sandrinebilbaut.com.

Article 11 – Disputes

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the Client must first contact the Service Provider to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

Article 12 – Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The new Terms and Conditions will apply to orders placed after they are posted on the website.
