Understanding the origins of your traumas

I've already told you about the work I did on myself with counselling sessions when I was living in Scotland. That work, and all the events that have happened in my life, have made me think and understand a lot about myself. In particular, about the way I react and behave with others, which could seem toxic to other people.
I was able to start working on my childhood traumas, and I am continuing to do so. It has opened my eyes and changed me a lot.
I would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any harm I may have caused through my behaviour in the past.
It can help you understand certain things and set you on the path to healing if you haven't already started it.
